Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business users to understand process pain points
• Document user stories and functional specifications
• Validate and support enhancements to business applications




• Provide ERP support and assist in UAT activities
• Develop and present analytical reports using Power BI

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a relevant field
• 3-5 years of experience with enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL required
• Strong experience in documenting processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
