Natural Factors is seeking full time On Call Casual Operations Assistants to provide vital support during peak periods in British Columbia's production environment. In this role, you will be hired into an OCC pool, ensuring coverage for short-term staffing needs. Candidates are expected to display flexibility across various locations including Burnaby, Coquitlam, and Pitt Meadows. Key skills include material handling and production support, preparing finished goods, and supporting quality checks across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas
• Perform inventory checks and label preparations




• Support line setup and maintain workspace cleanliness
• Assist with packaging operations and quality checks
• Prepare and pack orders for distribution

Requirements:
• Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts
• Ability to operate pallet jacks in various departments
• Attention to detail in quality assurance tasks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
• Experience in a production environment preferred
