In this role, you'll work alongside therapists to provide essential care for clients facing mental health and addiction challenges. Your responsibilities will include facilitating meetings, ensuring patient activities align with treatment goals, and maintaining a secure workplace for everyone. Your compassionate nature will play a key role in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach essential life skills to patients
• Facilitate therapeutic and community meetings
• Monitor patient activities and report anomalies
• Provide emotional support during critical moments
• Conduct facility rounds to ensure patient safety

Requirements:
• Certification from a recognized Health Care Worker program
• Relevant field experience is beneficial
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
• Clear Criminal record check essential
• Class 5 Drivers License required, ability for Class 4
