We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee abatement projects in Calgary. Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of abatement projects, from estimating and planning to execution.

Develop and maintain client relationships to support continued business growth.

Coordinate project staff to ensure efficient on-site operations.

Track project budgets and financial forecasting, including cash flow, and overall project costs.

Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in project management within the construction or abatement industry.

Robust leadership and team coordination skills.





Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight.

Certifications

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

Occupational Health and Safety for the Asbestos Worker.

CSTS 2020/WHMIS.

First Aid (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay will be commensurate with experience.

2 weeks paid vacation annually.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
