We are looking for a highly organized Gas Station Supervisor with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. As a leader, you'll directly manage a team of 5-10 employees, while scheduling, assigning duties, and training staff. Your effective communication will help resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign daily tasks and establish work schedules
• Supervise staff and manage team performance reviews
• Track inventory and oversee cash management
• Authorize merchandise returns and prepare reports
• Address customer complaints and operational challenges

Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong client focus and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
