CGIC is seeking a Claims Representative II for its Accident Benefit Claims department. In this regular full-time position, you'll work on investigating and negotiating automobile claims while collaborating with clients and treatment providers. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be crucial as you help maintain a positive client-focused culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and interpret coverage for claims
• Negotiate and make autonomous decisions on claims
• Collaborate with clients and healthcare providers




• Manage complex files in litigation and ADR
• Provide coaching and technical support to the team

Requirements:
• 3+ years of P&C; liability claims experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Open to pursuing CIP or Medical Rehabilitation designation
• Knowledge of accident benefits insurance is an asset
• Must attain provincial adjuster license(s)
