As a Job Search Facilitator, you will deliver individualized support services as well as training on essential skills. Your role includes coaching participants on resume writing, interview preparation, and more, while continuously improving and updating workshop content. This engaging position requires strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure participants' success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and training, both online and in-person
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify skills and barriers
• Support participants with resumes,



cover letters, and interview prep
• Prepare participants for active job search activities
• Track and report participant progress against set standards

Requirements:
• University or technical training in a related field
• 1-3 years of facilitation experience with diverse groups
• Experience in career service workshops
• Solid computer and communication skills
• Understanding of the local labor market
