Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate skin and wound care expertise to clinical staff
• Lead educational initiatives in skin and wound management
• Participate in quality audits and feedback sessions




• Facilitate mentoring and precepting for nursing students
• Collaborate on practice improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Registration as a Registered Nurse with BCCNM
• Minimum three years in skin and wound care
• Leadership or educational experience of at least one year
• Completion of relevant postgraduate courses
• Valid driver’s license for clinical responsibilities
