As an experienced Instructional Designer, you will develop various learning modalities and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure effective training. Your responsibilities will include designing adaptable content and evaluating training effectiveness while aligning with the greater mission of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create interactive learning experiences using best practices
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather content




• Craft learning outcomes based on project scope
• Design delivery methods such as videos and eLearns
• Update Learning Management System with latest materials

Requirements:
• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools
• Experience in a retail or spa workplace
