Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in a financial services or sales workplace. You will play a key role in acquiring new members while assessing their needs through Financial Health Checks. Your ability to recommend banking and investment solutions will directly impact members' financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively onboard new members through discussions
• Conduct Financial Health Checks to discover member needs
• Recommend appropriate banking and lending solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through referrals
• Support interactions at the omni-channel Advice Centre

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in financial services or sales
• Experience with lending and investment products
• Mutual Funds licensed or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and tech abilities
• High school diploma; Business education preferred
