Key Responsibilities:
• Manage compliance with nursing standards and protocols
• Assist in developing and reviewing individual patient care plans
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct performance assessments




• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to the nursing team
• Represent nursing department in the absence of leadership

Requirements:
• Valid nursing certification from recognized institutions
• Registered or eligible for licensing in the province
• Previous experience in long-term care environment
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Must have access to reliable vehicle for patient visits
