Gold Homes is seeking a driven, experienced Site Supervisor / Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary. Gold Homes is a premier Calgary infill builder with more than 15 years of experience in customized inner-city home construction, with expertise across luxury infills, renovations, excavations, and backyard suites. We have built more than 100 doors since 2008 and are known for our hands-on approach, responsive communication, and commitment to high-quality construction.

This is an opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, takes ownership on site, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to keep projects moving. We are looking for someone with solid infill construction experience, strong site leadership, and the practical mindset needed to manage inner-city residential builds from the ground up.

Position: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Location: Calgary, AB, primarily inner-city job sites
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time,



with overtime likely as required

About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Gold Homes' quality standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and is willing to step in wherever needed to support site progress.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee residential infill construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate trades, suppliers, deliveries, schedules, and day-to-day site activity

Monitor quality, timelines, and productivity across all phases of construction

Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards

Work closely with ownership, subcontractors, inspectors, and other stakeholders

Identify issues proactively and solve problems quickly to avoid delays
