The YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford is seeking an Early Learning Assistant to provide quality child care for children ages 4 to 12. This part-time role is perfect for those passionate about education.

In this position, you will deliver engaging programming while ensuring that all YMCA policies and Child Care and Early Years Act standards are upheld. Your responsibilities will include supervising children, managing classroom dynamics, and planning activities that foster safety and learning in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead diverse activities for children
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety
• Assist in children's daily care routines
• Communicate effectively with parents and community contacts
• Contribute to team meetings and skilled training

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience with children
• Holds valid First Aid and CPR-C certificates
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
