Contribute to the development of sustainable justice programs as a Senior Analyst in the Community Justice and Policing Division of the NWT. Engage communities in restorative justice and crime prevention.
This Senior Analyst role requires independent thinkers with a deep understanding of the NWT Justice system. Use your strategic thinking and project management skills to support community-oriented programs while ensuring that local and indigenous values are paramount in delivery and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic insights for community-based justice services
• Research and analyze data related to justice programs
• Implement and evaluate local justice initiatives
• Develop policies that align with community needs
• Advise on crime prevention strategies
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in criminology or public administration
• Minimum 5 years' experience in law enforcement
• Robust analytical and evaluative abilities
• Financial and policy analysis skills
• Must pass a criminal record check
