Responsibilities: Help our clients with accuracy, thoroughness, & ''wow factor'' service.

Direct all incoming calls appropriately.

Complete daily administrative tasks such as billing, claims connections, annual review emails, etc.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendlyservicing for existing clients personal lines insurance plans (auto and property insurance servicing).





Requirements: 1 year experiencein reception/administrative work (required) General Level 1 Insurance License -(preferred/ability to attain) Excellent communication, written, verbal and listening skills Strong organizational skills Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic Diligent and hardworking Proactive in problem solving Perks of Working with Us: Competitive
