Play a key role in product innovation as an R&D; Laboratory Technician at Riverside Natural Foods in North York, ON. Enhance lab operations while conducting important stability testing.

You'll support Riverside’s lab by managing materials, executing shelf-life studies, and assisting in product development. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee lab inventory and maintain cleanliness
• Manage shelf-life sample storage and testing
• Support sensory evaluations with the R&D; team
• Produce, package, and label samples accurately
• Assist with purchase orders for R&D; resources

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in R&D; or a related field
• Preferred background in a science discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Experience in laboratory or food production settings
• Excellent time management and detail orientation
