As a Program Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Program Director and staff to implement engaging programs following the HighScope approach. Your role will cater to children's physical, social, and emotional development, making a significant impact on their early learning experience. Establish and maintain safety standards while ensuring children’s well-being throughout their activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and caring child care workplace
• Collaborate to develop and implement engaging programs




• Demonstrate understanding of How Does Learning Happen?
• Carry out daily attendance checks and record keeping
• Follow Health & Safety policies as outlined

Requirements:
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Valid College of ECE registration
• Experience with young children
• Knowledge of CCEYA and licensing requirements
• Standard First Aid Certificate with CPR Level C
