Support student wellness at arc programs as a Full time Mental Health Clinician in School District #23. Engage youth facing mental health challenges to foster healing and growth.

We are expanding our team to find a Full-Time Clinician dedicated to aiding secondary school students. This role requires interaction with students experiencing mental health diagnoses, requiring collaboration with school staff and community services. You'll apply specialized treatment modalities to help youth develop essential skills for mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with school staff to support youth mental health
• Apply evidence-based treatments for mental health challenges
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans




• Enhance youth understanding of their mental health issues
• Engage with families for comprehensive support solutions

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health
• Knowledge of suicide risk assessment and planning
• Valid BC Driver’s License and regional insurance
• Background checks required prior to hiring
