CDI is looking for a Casual SNAP Boys Youth Clubs Facilitator to start on October 1, 2026, through to June 18, 2027. Serving youth aged 11-18, you will facilitate weekly clubs aimed at fostering confidence, social skills, and leadership. Evening availability is essential as you create a secure, supportive space for personal growth and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly SNAP Boys Youth Clubs meetings
• Engage with families to provide progress updates weekly
• Coach youth in developing leadership and social skills
• Supervise community outings and field trips
• Complete timely documentation of program progress

Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in child and youth work
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with diverse youth populations is a plus
