Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate entry of sample information into the database
• Assist with training of Sample Receiving staff
• Complete labeling and administration of samples




• Maintain communication across operations and client service areas
• Follow quality systems and safety policies consistently

Requirements:
• Diploma in Sciences, ideally chemistry or environmental
• Experience in a customer service or lab setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required
