In this permanent role, you will create inclusive programs that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development for children. Collaborate with coworkers, engage with parents, and implement the Project Approach to tailor activities and promote creativity. Your focus will be on ensuring a safe and nurturing environment while maintaining necessary adult-to-child ratios and actively participating in community events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster child's creativity through structured learning activities
• Maintain appropriate adult-to-child ratios at all times
• Build nurturing relationships through one-on-one interactions
• Engage parents with ongoing communication about children's progress
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Completion of Early Childhood Education Level III
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience with Emergent Curriculum methods
• Solid communication skills with families and staff
• Ability to work in varied physical conditions
