Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with nursing staff on patient assessments
• Provide care and education to renal hemodialysis patients




• Monitor patient progress and document care provided
• Coordinate services based on established care plans
• Alert RN about unexpected patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized LPN program
• Two years in acute care or equivalent experience
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Solid knowledge of renal pathophysiology
• Proven skills in hemodialysis techniques
