In the constant pursuit of empowering youth, CASA invites candidates to support therapy programs in Slave Lake, Alberta. As a Therapy Support Navigator, you will drive effective case management and treatment execution while participating in community school initiatives. You will be integral in enhancing family involvement in mental health strategies and facilitating treatment groups under qualified guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with assessments and manage assigned cases
• Conduct school, home, and facility observations
• Provide modeling and coaching to families
• Maintain regular family contacts for treatment updates
• Assist in group facilitation and session documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
• Two years' experience in children's mental health
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Active registration under the Health Professions Act
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
