Embark on a rewarding role as a Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in compost operations at TRY Recycling. You’ll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a pay range of $28.00 - $33.85 per hour.

This position requires at least three years of experience in operating excavators and other heavy equipment. As part of our dedicated team, you'll be responsible for the safe operation of machinery, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations, while also assisting in the sorting and processing of compost materials. Expect potential travel to off-site locations as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate excavators and heavy machinery efficiently




• Conduct pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment
• Sort materials and clean sites using magnets
• Load and unload materials at various locations
• Maintain documentation for daily operations

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years' experience in heavy equipment operation
• Willingness to travel for work assignments
• AZ license preferred
• Robust interpersonal skills for teamwork
