Your area of focus. This role helps create appointments for our Loyalty Department, as well as handle our lease finance and cash portfolios.
What drives your day-to-day? Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approval
Assist with scheduling customer’s vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon delivery
Check in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work order
Support customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiries
Proactively educate customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experience
Update customer information in the management system as required
Provide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair process
Assist with resolving customer issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner
What Are The Must-haves… College diploma or two years’ relevant experience
Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese considered a strong asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Mitchell Connect and Audatex
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working within a body shop or auto claims
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
