Join Realstar as a Maintenance Technician in Toronto/North York, ensuring top-notch property maintenance and resident satisfaction. This role involves four weekdays with every second weekend included in your schedule.

In your role as Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the property and its grounds. From ensuring proper functionality of critical systems to coordinating with service providers, your contributions will directly enhance resident experiences. You will also focus on compliance with municipal regulations, ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems effectively
• Supervise cleaning staff and maintain standards
• Address maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution




• Conduct property inspections and oversee contractor work
• Ensure grounds maintenance and snow removal as required

Requirements:
• Background in residential maintenance or skilled trades
