Castle Mountain Resort is seeking Senior Level Ski Patrol candidates for the upcoming winter season. This position offers significant exposure to all aspects of the Mountain Safety department. Ideal candidates will be passionate winter enthusiasts who can lead avalanche control and rescue efforts while providing valuable mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-hill rescue and first aid services
• Lead avalanche control and rescue as needed
• Actively participate in the avalanche forecast team
• Identify and mitigate hill hazards effectively
• Implement training sessions for patrol members

Requirements:
• Advanced first aid ticket (70+ hours)
• Valid CPR-HCP certification
• CAA Avalanche Operations Level 2
• Strong skiing capability in steep, icy conditions
• Trustworthy and able to work independently
