As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible to arrive to work daily as per your schedule, being able to read small print of orders, correct selecting of product, accurately picking the number of pieces, putting away stock accurately in locations, and loading of delivery vehicles.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:0.0 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Consistently arrive to work as per scheduled time.

Accurate and efficient loading/unloading of all materials from delivery and courier vehicles.

Assist driving team, ensuring the on-time departure of all deliveries.

Picking orders and quantities as per order

Put-away product as per receiving papers.

Accurate and efficient detailing and receiving of inbound material, re-stocking, and putting away of material

Loading and unloading delivery and courier vehicles (as required)

Answer phone calls when supervisors are unable to answer.

Clearly and politely speak to customers in person or on the phone.

Work with the supervisor team to ensure great communications, collaboration, and smooth responsibility hand-offs from one functional group to the other, (i.e., shipping, receiving, and counter Sales.





Identify and communicate ways to improve warehouse holding capacity.

Ensure inventory is kept neat and organized and maintain a neat and clean working environment

Maintaining a professional, respectful and collaborative attitude towards customers and co-workers

Participate in educational opportunities within the requirements of the positionCompliance with all government and organizational rules, regulations, and policies (H&S;, Operations, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements
Years of Experience: 1+ experience working in a warehouse workplace

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Hardware/Equipment Experience: Experience using manual material handling equipment is an asset (e.g., hand trucks/pump trucks/dollies)

Skills and Abilities
Experience with plumbing parts and materials is an asset

Able to be highly efficient and to pay attention to detail

Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.

Computer skills with the ability to send emails.

Nice to Have
Experience as a forklift operator is an asset but not a full-time requirement
