As an integral member of the multidisciplinary Cardiac Renal team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients with various medical needs. This includes responsibilities within the 32-bed unit focusing on cardiac, renal, geriatric, and general medicine care. Your role requires you to maintain skilled standards and adhere to policies established by the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre and the College of Nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care in collaboration with healthcare team
• Administer medications as per nursing protocols




• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient conditions
• Support interprofessional care models with effective communication

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nursing Diploma or equivalent
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario certificate
• Completion of Medication Administration Course
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• Coronary Care I (CC1) must be obtained within 6 months
