Join the Insurance Council of British Columbia as an Examinations Administrator, where you will prepare and manage license qualification examinations in a hybrid environment. Your role will involve on-site work at their office and exam locations throughout the province.
In this position, you'll need three years of administrative or customer service experience to support exam registrations, prepare materials, and handle inquiries. Strong organizational skills are vital, as you will also manage logistics for exam-day operations and coordinate with test centres and candidates, ensuring they have a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process exam registrations and documentation
• Prepare and assemble exam materials for distribution
• Support operations on exam days, including proctoring
• Score exams and audit submission accuracy
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in administrative roles
• High school diploma and two-year post-secondary education
• Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle access
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Robust communication and Excel skills
