Key Responsibilities

Fully prepare for mixers and parts for painting

Prime and paint mixers and parts to achieve acceptable standards as set forth by the organization

Clean and maintain paint equipment, booth and auxiliary equipment

Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products using various tools and jigs to ensure tolerance.

Safety & Maintenance:



Perform routine basic maintenance, follow all company safety protocols, and maintain a clean workstation.

Pay: $27.90-32.90 per hour

Requirements
Required Skills

Industrial Painting experience, electrostatic painting experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude

Ability to work within a team and independently

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift 50 lbs.

Attributes: Attention to detail, punctuality, and a collaborative team mindset.

Able to operate an overhead crane (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset)

Able to operate forklifts (Jaylor will train and certify, experience is an asset)

Great communication skills

Has an eye for detail
