Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming referrals and service inquiries

• Triage complex referrals alongside the Clinical Director
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and program data

Requirements:
• Social Service Worker Diploma with current registration
• Minimum two years of relevant clinical experience
• Proven ability to manage complex mental health cases
