Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate lathe chucks and related tooling
• Ensure adherence to company's quality standards
• Participate in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efforts
• Keep tool tracking data current and organized
• Follow 5S and waste elimination practices

Requirements:
• Proven experience in tool and die making
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and suppliers
• Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
• Capability to perform under rotating shifts
• Strong commitment to safety and urgency
