Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being at the heart of daily operations? We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven individual to welcome drivers, ensure smooth freight flow, and support key dispatch functions that keep our terminal running like clockwork!

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Schedule: 4 on 4 off night shift rotation | 12 hour shifts

What you'll do

Greet inbound and outbound drivers and capture key equipment details

Verify load seals and gather essential delivery information

Prepare paperwork for inbound freight using customer systems

Assist dispatch and support operational tasks - no two days are the same!

Pitch in where needed, including data entry and occasional loading support

What we're looking for





Strong computer skills with ability to work in multiple systems and accurately enter data

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance documentation

Comfortable working outdoors at times and moving between office and yard areas

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask the right questions to gather accurate information

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced workplace

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support other operations functions as needed

Strong communication and attention to detail
