Kinsight is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Worker passionate about building inclusive communities. You will provide emotional, social, and personal care while advocating for individuals’ rights and choices. This role requires a strong commitment to follow individualized care plans and assist individuals in crafting current routines that resonate with their preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in home settings to enhance independence
• Advocate for inclusion and individual rights in all life areas
• Assist with personal care, social support,



and medical needs
• Foster opportunities for community engagement and self-expression
• Follow and implement individualized care plans and routines

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or similar education
• At least one year of related experience
• Strong knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support
• Class 5 Driver’s License; personal vehicle needed
• Current First Aid/CPR and related certifications
