We are looking for a dedicated qualified with a background in Human Services to support individuals with developmental delays. Your role will encompass providing emotional and medical assistance while advocating for inclusion throughout various settings. Together, we can create fulfilling opportunities for community connection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals to promote independence in daily activities
• Encourage self-expression and community engagement
• Provide personal care and emotional support
• Advocate for individual rights and choices
• Follow and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or similar
• Minimum one year experience in the field
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support techniques
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and personal vehicle
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
