Role Description
The ECA role at CLUB KO LTD is a full-time, on-site position located in Richmond Hill, ON. The ECA supports daily fitness operations by assisting with client sessions, preparing training areas, and maintaining a clean and safe workout environment. Responsibilities may include greeting and orienting clients, helping set up equipment, monitoring sessions for safety, and providing basic guidance under the direction of senior trainers or coaches. The ECA may also support administrative tasks such as scheduling, class check-ins, and basic record-keeping, while contributing to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.



This role requires consistent collaboration with the coaching team and the ability to follow established wellness and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Demonstrated interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to support clients in achieving their goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and assist in supervising training environments.

Organizational and time-management skills to support scheduling, check-ins, and daily operational tasks.

Reliability to work full-time in office in Richmond Hill, ON, including possible evenings or weekends as needed.

Previous experience in a fitness, recreation, or customer service environment is an asset.

Basic computer literacy for handling schedules, client information, and internal communications.

Relevant certifications in fitness, first aid, or CPR are considered beneficial.
