Qualicare Homecare is seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Companion/Homemaker. This position allows you to create lasting relationships with clients while providing essential services such as meal preparation and medication reminders. You will work under the supervision of a Care Coordinator and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those dealing with medical and age-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to client preferences
• Ensure light housekeeping to maintain a safe setting




• Accompany clients on outings for social interaction
• Manage shopping and errands as needed
• Provide medication reminders and assist with ambulation

Requirements:
• Clean background check or willingness to obtain one
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• Ability to navigate within location territory
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent is a plus
• Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
