Part time | On-Site | Calgary, AB

About Us
Destinations Seniors Downsizing (DSD) is a specialty downsizing and moving company supporting seniors and families through life transitions. Our work is hands‑on, compassionate, and detail‑driven. We provide packing, moving, unpacking, organizing, estate sales and clear‑out services, always with respect, care, and professionalism.

The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership position.

The Project Lead works on clients’ sites alongside the team, completing physical downsizing and moving work while also helping guide the team and ensuring projects run smoothly. This role is approximately:

75% hands‑on downsizing and moving work

25% on‑site leadership, coordination, and communication

If you enjoy physical work, take initiative naturally, and like helping others stay organized and on track, this role may be a great fit.

This is not an office‑based or desk‑only management role.

Some weeks may have little or no work during slower periods

Busy periods may involve 30+ hours per week, including multiple consecutive days

Occasional weekend or extended days may be required with advance notice

The current week’s schedule will be provided on the Friday prior

Flexibility and availability are important
