Drive essential restoration efforts as a Mitigation Technician at BELFOR. Support emergency response by applying advanced restoration techniques to exceed client and insurance needs.

In this role, you'll support emergency response and restoration projects, including structural cleaning and water remediation. Collaborate with team members or work independently in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring project goals are met. Your expertise will be critical in executing restoration strategies following IICRC S-500 Standards every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning and restoration at various job sites
• Conduct moisture mapping, water extraction, and mould remediation
• Photograph and document restoration-related work thoroughly




• Maintain vehicles, supplies, and ensure equipment functionality
• Uphold safety standards and comply with hazard assessments

Requirements:
• Highschool Diploma or GED required
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management
• Teamwork and independent work capability
• Solid customer service understanding
• Valid driver’s license per BELFOR’s Auto Policy
