We are looking for a dedicated Bar Person for the 2026/27 Winter Season at RED Mountain Resort. This position requires delivering friendly service, managing food and beverage orders, and assisting closely with the culinary team. You must possess at least 2-3 years of serving experience, a positive attitude, and familiarity with food safety standards to succeed in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Suggest items and pairings to enhance guest experiences




• Follow health and safety protocols diligently
• Support other outlets as required during shifts

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a serving role
• Certifications in Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1
• Strong knowledge of food and beverages
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and working indoors/outdoors
