Support vehicle operations at WinSport as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. This role is essential for maintaining optimal performance of all equipment, promoting safety and quality.

In this position, your skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of fleet vehicles and equipment will be critical. You will work on everything from grooming vehicles to small engines while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Team collaboration and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles
• Diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical systems
• Operate and test equipment post-repair for reliability




• Maintain accurate service and inspection records
• Support seasonal preparation of vehicles and tools

Requirements:
• Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience with automotive fleet maintenance
• Robust troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems
• Valid driver’s license; air brake endorsement preferred
• Competence in engine repair and maintenance
