SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 22 (Vernon) invites applications for the Child Care Programs Manager role. Applicants should possess a diploma in Early Childhood Education, combined with five years of relevant experience. Success in this position means understanding the BC Early Learning Framework, managing budgets, and effectively leading a team to meet educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct child care programs assigned
• Collaborate with the District Principal on strategic goals
• Monitor budget management and financial documentation




• Maintain compliance with child care licensing standards
• Foster effective communication with parents and staff

Requirements:
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in education or child care
• Knowledge of BC child care regulations required
• First Aid certification is mandatory
• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license is necessary
