We celebrate our associates.The successful candidate will complete a two-week full-time training period, Monday through Friday, before transitioning to their regular Friday, Saturday and Sunday + required holidays as the normal schedule.Responsible for providing administrative/clerical duties at the location. Other general duties include greeting the general public, answering phones courteously and in a polite manner with a goal to meet or exceed customer expectations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerform day to day administrative duties as required which may include: preparing and reconciling in-house reports, understanding and processing cemetery and funeral contracts, receiving and or processing payments and delinquencies, accurately recording data in the system; ordering cemetery merchandise and office supplies, greeting family members and friends; operating a telephone system; office duties such as filing, inventory management, scanning, liaising with other cemeteries, funeral homes and vendors.Participation in Interment Verification ProcessCommunicates client family needs promptly and accurately to advisors and Funeral Director or other Location ManagementCreates a sense of concern and empathy with client family membersIf problems arise,
