This role involves developing tailored intervention programs, mentoring individuals, and promoting engagement through sports and wellness activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop culturally relevant programs for youth and young adults
• Lead group activities including sports and workshops
• Organize life skills training sessions for personal growth

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Indigenous communities
• Proven ability to engage high-risk youth
• Robust communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding of Indigenous cultural practices
