About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CA/ACCA professional to manage audit, compilation, bookkeeping, accounting, and Canadian tax engagements for our Canadian clients. This is a fully remote role with exposure to Canadian accounting standards, IFRS, and taxation, offering a leadership prospect for a skilled manager.

Key Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit, review, and compilation engagements under Canadian ASPE, CSRS, CAS, and IFRS standards.

Review working papers, financial statements, and management letters for accuracy and compliance.

Provide technical guidance on complex accounting, audit, and IFRS matters.

Ensure timely completion of engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Identify and communicate accounting and control risks to partners and clients.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Oversee bookkeeping processes for multiple clients, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under ASPE and IFRS.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Canadian accounting standards.





Provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.

Canadian Tax

Prepare and review Canadian corporate and personal tax returns.

Client & Team Management

Monitor team performance, manage workflow, and ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

CA (Pakistan), ACCA, or equivalent (required).

5–7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong technical knowledge of Canadian ASPE, IFRS, CSRS, CAS, and Canadian tax fundamentals.

Proven experience managing audit, review, compilation, bookkeeping, and tax engagements.

Hands‑on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, CaseWare, Xero, and Excel.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Must be available to work Canadian business hours and coordinate with partners in Canada.
