Liquid Personnel is looking for an experienced Social Worker to be part of our Children and Young People with Disability Team. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of children and young people with disabilities, ensuring they integrate successfully into the community. Knowledge of relevant legislation is essential as you support these young individuals during their transition to adulthood and assist with their personal care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with children and young people aged 0-18
• Apply understanding of key social work legislation




• Guide youth through the transition to adult services
• Assist with disability-specific personal care
• Offer advice for enhanced independent living

Requirements:
• Must possess a Social Work qualification
• Registration with Social Work England is required
• Understanding of legal frameworks essential
• Experience working with disabled youth preferred
• Dedication to safeguarding and ethical standards
