As a Kinesiologist Coordinator, your primary task will be to create and oversee cognitive and physical exercise programs tailored to our residents' needs. You will work closely with occupational and physiotherapists, ensuring individualized care plans. Your leadership will extend to supervising students and volunteers, providing them essential hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create tailored cognitive and physical exercise programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for resident care
• Lead and mentor Co-Op students and volunteers




• Conduct educational sessions on body mechanics and active living
• Complete transfer assessments to support resident safety

Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology, ideally with rehabilitation focus
• College of Kinesiologists registration preferred
• Proven experience with older adults or in retirement settings
• Familiarity with current health practices and regulations
