Key Responsibilities:
• Manage group medical and special risk benefits
• Identify and mitigate client insurance risks
• Price and analyze benefit options thoroughly
• Participate in client meetings and calls
• Develop annual plans aligned with client goals

Requirements:
• 4-5 years in benefits or insurance consulting
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to travel within the GTA as needed
• LLQP license considered an asset
