Take the lead as Store Manager for the new NorthBoys and Northgirls location at Upper Canada Mall, opening in November 2026. Your expertise in fashion retail and merchandising will shape an engaging children’s shopping experience.

This role allows you to take charge of operations and team performance in a premium environment. Prior to the store opening, you'll work with the district manager to finalize the layout and recruit your founding team. Emphasizing consultation and personal relationships, you will drive sales through client engagement and impeccable presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner on store layout and design with ownership
• Recruit and train initial store team members




• Own visual merchandising and product presentation
• Set and achieve store sales targets and metrics
• Maintain inventory accuracy and operational standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years retail management experience
• Solid visual merchandising instincts
• Experience opening new stores desirable
• Proven team leadership and training skills
• Full availability for store opening preparations
